Need help picking a color for a 1st gen s10 build

Ok so I am gonna build another 1st gen s10. I will be building this for my father. He had a 93 s10 with a small block 350 and c6 atomic orange paint that he loved a lot and a few years ago I wrecked my daily driver and insurance didn't cover it. He sold it to help me buy a car to get me to work and around. I want to pay him back. It's gonna have a small block 350 in it, cowl hood, welded on roll pan. Smoothed front bumper. Auto trans(he can't drive a manual So please don't suggest it. He can but it's hard with his leg, he lost it due to a motorcycle accident so he prefers a auto)

I'm thinking jet stream blue from the c6 vette. Do you guys think this color will look good on it? In my head it does but I suck at photoshop. This will be done on a tight budget and all work done by me besides the paint. Hopefully it can come together. I feel he deserves this more then anyone cause he works so hard, he recently had a heart attack and doesn't think he will be able to work much longer. He has given a lot to give me things including hot rods and probley enough money that he could have built one or got something he wanted but he isn't selfish.


Guys if you have any ideas on colors that would look good please let me know or any ideas for the build. Thanks

I like that blue. Makes the chrome wheels pop. I'd also be curious to see a rendering of the truck in satin black with a little red here and there. Maybe the logos or project name somewhere in red. Mine s10 will most likely be vette admiral blue, look it up

I've narrowed it down to jet stream blue and cyber grey. Lol who knows what I'll pick for color but I've figured out the motor setup 383 with 6 in rods, 11:1 comp, 850 carb, 220 cc heads, th400 and a nice little shot :)

jetstream blue on top with cyber grey on the bottom would look amazing, then you wouldnt have to chose other wise cyber gray

Ok I'm selling my sierra to fund this. Build thread coming soon. I'm buildong two 90 up first gen s10's one cyber cray and the other one supersonic blue off the carbon z06.
