What are you guys using to connect your fuel lines to the bubble flaired quick connect fitting on the LS fuel lines? Or you cutting it off & flaring for AN? Are you welding the male AN fitting to the line? Using a quick connect to AN adapter? Or using a quick connect fitting & crimping to your fuel line? Or other?

Thanks

Russel and others make quick connect to AN fittings. I've used those with a combination of haedline and SS braided. The other option is the OEM GM quick connect fittings and nylon line, quite a bit cheaper.

Russell P/N 640850 will convert it from a 3/8" quick-connect to a male AN6.

Like Gary mentions, Dorman makes a wide variety of nylon connectors that use either a barb for rubber hose or a press-on nylon line. The nylon parts need to be kept away from heat.

The tube could be cut and a male AN6 fitting brazed on. Aeroquip makes them.

Russell and Earls both have a compression tubing adaptor to 6AN that will install on your factory fuel hardline. I use one of these with the Russell push fitting and a piece of braided teflon 6AN hose.
