I would ballpark price at maybe 50,000 based on the fact you'll be pushing more than 400 HP on the Corvette engine, and suspension mods plus fab time. Your basically buying a car ready to rock and roll, if you got the money buy it. Sounds like a steal if under
50k, is expect to pay around 60k based on mods and paint if its show quality. I say build your own! More options

As far as the interior and electrical system he put new door panels and new front leather pocket seats and new wiring from American AutoWire. The car does not have stereo and now wipers. The car has been recently painted. There was no sheet metal work done because it was in good condition, floor pans were primed and painted. The guy put the dynomat but not yet installed.

He is asking $36000 for it. The car needs back seats, wiper motor and wipers and a stereo.

The paint is not show quality though. The car made 350HP on the wheel, and he is asking for $36000 as it needs little inerior work; I mean back seats, stereo

If its in that condition id say its a good deal as all the work has been done for you, just get it repainted and tune the suspension.

you average a good condition 68 camaro

Camaro - 10000
Suspension/Steering Mods - 10000-15000
Engine/Electrical/Misc - 10000

at most 30 to 35k sounds about right, he probably wants to get his money back on it
Sounds like a good deal

No one can give you any serious thumbs up or down on this without expanded details AND decent pictures. And that's still just a guess. Pics on a computer can hide a lot.

What do you mean by not show quality? Usually its the bodywork that makes the paint look good.
