How do you guys do it? Computerized renderings of cars?

I was wondering how some of the members make up the nice computerized pics of there cars all customized? I'm soon to be starting my monte project and want to make one up some how so I can have some motivation! Any help would be great. Thanks!!

I'd say the majority of them leave it to the professionals. Search "renderings" and you should find em all. ;)

We pay artists to help bring our "visions" to life.. there are quite a few really good ones. John McBride, Ben Hermance, Steve Sanford, Casti.. just to name a few (sorry for those I didn't list) -- just search on here for "rendering" and you will find tons of great examples.

In the area of renderings we are blessed with easily a half dozen or more exceptional tallents.. Prices vary based on who you hire and what you want (multiple views, multiple angles, colors, etc???)

The nicer digital renderings folks have are typically done by professional artists and designers. Some of us ain't got the coin and may have a little bit of time, talent, and skill to do 'em ourselves. That said, I'd never compare my DIY versions with the quality work put out by pros. But sometimes "good enough" is good enough:

I take it you don't pant to pay a service to do it? Well to get an idea of how the finished project will look as well as testing ideas on paint, wheels ect you can use paint.net (freeware photoshop essentially) and a source image of your car to make your own home grown rendering.
