LS3 vs L92 heads (valves)

From what I have found, it sounds like the L92 & LS3 heads use the same castings. But the valves are different. If you can get the LS3 heads for about $25 more a piece, would the LS3 valves be better than the L92 ones?

LS3 has lighter valves (sodium filled) and hence better suited for higher RPM's.

Anybody have a good source for these heads. I had seen some good deals on ls1 tech, but not as many here lately. I realize the heads are a great deal for what you get, but any dollars saved can be spent elsewhere. Open to deals on the rockers too.
