Fletchers Customs now offering Custom CNC plasma cutting and machining

WE at Fletcher's are staying extremely busy building some projects for the best customer any shop could ask for. We have been wanting to expand the shop capabilities and bring some new products to market so we just recently purchased a new 5ft x 10ft Torchmate CNC plasma table to use around the shop and for some custom suspension and car parts we going to introduce shortly. With that being said I am also offering the service of custom design and cutting on the machine, on a limited basis. And I wanted to advise you guys if there was anything you needed to give me a shot. I can offer complete design and fabrication of basically any part you can dream up, can cut your part you already designed, take your sketch and create a part, manufacture of multiple parts for your business to use, or anything in between. WE have the ability to cut on the machine from 16 gauge all the way through 1.5" so honestly nothing we shouldn't be able to do. And your not locked into flat plate, we now also offer CNC press braking, CNC milling and lathe work also. So from custom one of a kind bracket systems, to simple shock tabs. Nothing to big or to small. Rates for cutting are extremely affordable, and not to much more than buying a off the shelf piece but you will have the ability to design as you see fit. Custom designs are on a per basis rating and charged per hour.

Very cool toy you have there. Is this a steel only situation or can aluminum sheet be cut as well?

Wow! That's awesome! Over the years I've come up with little tid bits for my own cars and either had to hunt high and low for a place that could turn my drawings into reality or go without! I'm definately going to keep you on my short list the next time I need to have something made that's outside my abilities!

A nice piece to add to your growing business, Chad.

I haven't gotten to the stage of thinking about small, custom parts but wondering what type of small details could be incorporated into my '69 Firebird with your new machine. I know the small details in a car is what makes a car stand out.

So what are some good idea's and area's of the car for custom details?

I've got a lot of little detail type parts designed in my head that I think will sale really well. Also have some parts coming for the guys that always get left out. Mainly the Pontiac guys

For the Pontiac guys will be some radiator closeouts like the DSE for the first gen camaros. Along with some other suspension stuff that will go on all gen cars

I also want your input. Any parts you guys can think, older parts no longer produced, changes to existing parts, etc, etc. Tell me what you want and lets see if we cna do it
