70 chevelle pro-touring project

I have a 70 chevelle.
My problem is a 70 chevelle pro-touring project. I just put in drop spindles and drop springs and now I have a height problem...to low.
Can you use both (drop spindles and drop springs)? Or just one or the other??

Right now, I am using 15 in rims. Would 18 in rims lift it enough? Or do I have to change the springs? How can I fix this problem?

A little more info would be helpful. What are you running for upper and lower arms? How much drop in the springs?
