Converting to Recessed Park Windshield Wiper Motor

I am in the final stages of getting the camaro back together and am thinking about changing out the wiper motor. My '71 came with the non-recessed wiper motor, these are the rectangular ones that stick out. The integral wash motor is bad so I was going to replace that, but it is not much more to get the recessed version which is round and sits closer to the firewall. Is there any difference in the wiper arm configuration between these two motors? Can one be swapped for the other with no other modifications? Thanks.

Wiper arms and transmission is different as well, but all bolt in changes

Thanks, I might just use what I have for now and see what it looks like with the cowl hood. I just don't care for how far out the wiper motor sits.
