I'm new to this forum and have read a few posts that are somewhat related. The current configuration has dual 750 mechanical secondaries with the 8-71 on a 406 SBC. It made 842 HP @12 PSI on Pat Musi's dyno in New Jersey. I want to go EFI and my first thought was the BDS/FAST XFI system. It is very expensive and I'm not sure how well it works. I also looked into the dual Powerjection III system and a FAST dual four barrel billet throttle body system with a BDS injector plate below. The latter would be somewhat of a user built system from the different components. Does anyone have any experience with this kind of combo? Keep in mind that I need to inject the fuel above the rotors. I have just heard so many horror stories when it comes to this type of setup and would appreciate any insight that one may have. I'm curious about driveability, reliability and ease of tuning. I don't really know much about the EFI tuning specifics just yet, but I am the type that learns easy and I do have a strong grasp on theory of operation and supercharging. Any thoughts? Thanks.

FWIW:
I will add a Powerjection III to my supercharged Big Block within the next few months.
I also considered the Holley Avenger TBI which can be used on supercharged engines with a new MAP sensor...

This goes on a small 177 Weiand Blower, so only a single system is required...
