i just flared the rear of my 87 as well but i cut the entire quarter off from the lights to the doors and used the whole quarter to flare in kinda like a wide body kit.... how are you planning on doing thr fronts... im stumped how to make them match my rears?

sorry it took me this loong to anser going to make the a-arm 1 inches longer and then going to try to make it like the rear
my car has alot of angle im going to be doing some drifting too this pic are with the old rims with 24 offset the a- arm are 1 inch longer right now but with the new wheels -11 offest i got 1 more inch so i be at 3 inches when done

Sick car man, looking forward to seeing this build come together. I've got a '90 GT that I've been wantin to get bigger meats on, and have been looking into minitubbing instead of flaring 'cause I haven't seen all-metal flares I like. But yours are lookin sweet so far!

So did you have to notch the front rails due just to the bigger wheels? Or did you change the rack/steering to give you more turning angle?

ok so i started to make the front fenders today the front is wider and bigger than the rear cause the car is 4 inches wider in front and 2 inches rear from stock and i took some camber off i got the plates almost all the way out and i still get -2 deegres or more lol sorry about the phone pics forgot my camera

I love this project!! You sir are a talented fabricator. I swapped an IRS into my 95 cobra and am kicking around ideas of flaring the quarters, my 19x11's are poking out a bit more than I'd like and I'd also like to run wider rears with some new outer barrels to make them 19x12.

Anyway, I will be keeping an eye on this build, can't get enough! Oh and the Stage 3 Roush front looks right at home on there, almost more-so than on a new edge.

On the fender flares is that the final versions? Like the idea but they look a little boxy to me. Maybe if you stretch them to the full fender or closer to the doors in the front and further down the rear quarters? Maybe it's the paint that makes them look odd to me.

That new upper intake is serious business, I love it. Don't you wish these pushrod Ford motors didn't have that stupid distributor in the way up front? I'd love to fab up a forward-facing upper but I don't want to go through all the trouble of doing a DIS conversion and coil packs to do it...
