Hey, from CT, i am friends with vette427-sbc and i was at the RTTS event this weekend with him in NJ, loved the event and all the great cars..so i figured id join the forum and i will be attending next years RTTS event for sure.

Here are my current cars, 1988 Mercury Cougar Bostonian with only 60K Miles, 5.0L Auto
1997 Mustang Cobra, Kenne Bell and supporting mods, Factory brembos and some susp.
1988 Ford Mustang LX 5.0L, i had bought one and a tree fell on it, so i swapped all the silver carrs parts into the red Lx seen below which was just a shell..90% done
and a 2001 Lincoln Continental that is my Daily when the Cobra breaks on me.

Ford guy eh? Me too. Love the cobra, I have a big soft spot of the 94-98 body style mustangs. They are just getting old enough to look really good again. A real testament to the styling if you ask me. What's the plans for the cougar?

Thanks, the 94-98 Is my favorite body style, its not the most popular and i grew up seeing them at the ford dealers when i was about 4 so ever since then i had to have one.

As for the Cougar, i am unsure, it is 100% stock, looks runs and shifts great, and everything works, even the A/C, it unfortunately has a salvaged title as the 80 year old lady who owned it pulled in her driveway and cut some off, tboning the car, but she fixed it and has some void in the system that allowed her to keep it and reg it with the salvaged title..so i need to do some research. I may be moving to Florida soon and i think i can register it there with no issues. So that is what i am planning to do. I like having the car though. it is cool..

Glad to hear there is another ford guy on here!

Last couple years I didn't really drive much because of my kid and schedule. Last year I switch from a BBC to a LS1 that i bought from local junkyard(CT uesd) and drove the car alot more and plan on driving it more this year. I have owned the car since 93 and recently moved from waterbury to watertown a few years ago...
