I've been lurking for over a year now....I am in the process of building a '67 Camaro that will see a considerable amount of open tracking with some street driving/cruising mixed in. I have a lot of questions and it's to the point that the ones that have not been answered already on this board will need to be soon.
If the front frenders are beyond repair and need to be replaced, are there any reasons why fiberglass fenders should not be used? What are the cons for using fiberglass up front? Obviously they will help lighten things up front, but will they survive and hold up on a car that is driven hard on the track?
