Not really. My softball team is sponsored by the Coronado Firehouse Bar and Grill. They are in some way affiliated with Year One because they have "Year One" on their front door and contribute alot to the YO charity. YO built the owner a Trans Am and he even had it parked inside the restaurant at one point.
I think their affiliation is explained on their Facespace page (I don't know, I'm not in High School, don't feel the need to be on it).
