Then buy some property from these guys . . . and invite me for some track time!

Sigh, if only I had stupid amounts of money to throw around. That place looks pretty cool.

If only they sold time shares...
*edit* ...and got around to paving it!

Owners name is Randy Lyles. I've swapped a couple e-mails with him and he still keeps sending me progress pic's. IIRC he wanted $150,000 each for the remaining lots. Water would get pumped from a storage tank and sewer would be septic. Sure would be fun, only if it was a little more affordable.
Looks too expensive for "racing in the desert..."

I wonder if they have a home owner association.

Considering that I might retire from the Coast Guard in the next year or two, this is very intriguing to me!

Sort of BFE, and not that you could drive a mile up the road for a nice dinner. But Havasu and Kingman are fairly close.
Also, I think it's way overpriced in today's economy for just a lot in an undeveloped are in the desert. I do dig the idea, though...

Virginia International Raceway bills it'self as "America's Motorsports Resort". It's like a coutry club centered around a race track instead of a golf course.
