2011 GMC Sierra SLE Extended Cab. I wanted to go another year on my 2002 Silverado but after 180,455 miles I just couldn't do it. It's hard to drive the same thing for 10 years. Besides the transmission was starting to act up and I didn't want to be around for that mess. I got 0% financing for 60 months. I couldn't pass it up. This thing is like driving a Cadillac compared to the 2002. Don't mind the little wheels, I got a wheel guy who is hooking me up with some OEM 20's and then I'm going to do a 3/5 drop on it. Can anyone recommend a good kit? I'm looking at the McGaughys stuff right now.

Very nice... is not have a 4wd going to drive you nuts in MI? It did for me and I'm only in Missouri.

Thanks guys. I drove my 2002 for 10 years in Michigan with only 2wd and my '99 before that for 3 years (that was only 2 wheel drive). You just have to know how to handle the snow with only 2 wheels. I've got it down to a science. LOL!
I had a 4X4 before my '99 and the transfer case and front axle gave me all kinds of fits and costed me a ton of money. Ever since then I've been weary of ever owning another one.

My 2007 Duramax is two wheel drive. 4x4 is only needed in Florida when you're parking a trailer in the sand.
