LS1 accessory offsets

Ok, I have a LQ4 block but sold all the LQ4 accessories (water pump, PS pump, alt, etc.) except the harmonic balancer. I have a full set of LS1 accessories (water pump, PS pump, alt, etc.) except a balancer from a LS1. Will my LQ4 harmonic balancer line up properly with the LS1 accerssoreis?

Wanted to check before I put it on and have to pull it back off again.

scroll down till you get to the ls1 accessory drives. It will tell you about what harmonic balancer can interchange or if the one you have will work.

nope, the truck stuff sticks out about 3/4" farther. Just get a new f body crank pulley and bolt. You might want to drill and tap the lower bolt boss too.

That's about the difference I measured as well

what bolt boss?

When you line up the f body alternator/bracket you'll find one bolt hole is not drilled in the iron blocks. The boss is there for it though.
