I need to adjust my pinion angle on the rear axle. Are there any advantages of using adjustable lower vs adjustable upper control arms?

It can be done either way however since the lower control arms are closer to the centerline of the axle, altering their length has more effect on wheel location in the wheelwell then by adjusting the upper control arms. This can sometimes create tire clearance issues. Obviously in the Pro Touring community this is not as much of an issue but in the Drag Racing community where they typically run 30" tall tires it can become a problem...

Thanks. The pinion angle isnt off too far, so it probably doesnt matter on mine. The main issue I've found is that there are only a few adjustables that you can mount a stock sway bar on.

Thanks for the info. I picked up a used set of uppers and got my pinion angle taken care of.
