Attached is a pic of the Spohn pro touring rear bar on my 72 GS, using the middle adjustment hole. When I first installed it, I used the holes closest to the tip of the bar. This was simply to get the links as near to vertical as possible, and to have be able to shorten the link for maximum thread engagement and strength. As you can see, now the end links are at a pretty good angle and I had to run the threads out pretty far. There is about 5/8" inch of thread inside the female part of the end link now. The brackets attaching to the rear end housing are at 90 degrees to the floor. Does anyone see any problems with this?

try rotating the housing brackets forward to straighten up the end links. idealy the sway bar arms should be longer. but they arnt.
