I bought this for my car, but didn't use the shocks as I didn't want to cut the trunk on my 1 of 110 made Trans Am. With this kit, the metal piece goes inside the trunk and you cut a bit out of trunk floor to run these shocks.

This has been sitting in my garage for about four years now. Some mild surface rust present and some cosmetic scratches on shocks. Note how the brackets are still in the little baggies.
Detroit wants $250 just for the shocks. Not sure about the "kit". How about $200 plus shipping for everything.
I prefer local pickup in the Austin, Tx area but will ship if you pay for it.
