So i am looking into getting a 1,100 sq ft shop rental that I just found in san jose ca the place is great and has a spray booth. the only problem is I do t wanna over extend my self so I decide how I will not be making any money with this rental that I need to have a few friends go in on it with me, I found my good friend Jason was more then thrilled with the idea so he's in now we need one honest, trustworthy, reliable, clean person to go in with us. Each person can have one car there and will have 24hr shared (yes we will be there to) access to the shop. Rent is only 300.00 and requires references from ppl on this site that are known to be good people and first and last months rent for the 1yr rental. I don't know if I'm putting this in the right spot or if any one would even be interested. Thanks guys
