You can see the old color of the car. It was porsche red. That was before I got it stolen in 1988. Been playing around with color as you can see on the sub frame. Not sure what the final color will be.

Going with an LS1, 4L80E, and a mild cam. Plan on driving a lot. The sub frame is from Wayne due. Independent rear and a new gas tank. I have been a member for a long time and have learned a lot reading from the gurus on this site. we will see what I have learned as I start to strip the car. It is going to be media blasted and see what we have under there. I'm hoping for the best.

just so I am following correctly, this was stolen from you in 88 and recovered? When? If that is correct, that is pretty damn lucky that it was recovered! Good luck on the build!

The ls with the moroso motor mounts. I picked up a 4l80e last night. Going to start test fitting everything today. Was hoping that the stock oil pan would fit with the Wayne Due sub frame. Yes I read it so.:banghead:. Going to use the F-body oil pan. Trying to go the most economical way possible.
