News that was floating around the compny intraweb...

Ø Lancia Thema: The Chrysler 300 studies abroad, NYTimes.com, March 1

Why is the Chrysler 300 wearing a Lancia Thema badge at the Geneva auto show? Because in Europe, Chrysler products are the new Lancias, the New York Times website said. The Thema is joined in the lineup by the Chrysler 200 sedan and convertible, which is rebadged as the Flavia, and the Voyager minivan, a rebadged Dodge Grand Caravan, the Times website said.

Ø Geneva: Fiat and Lancia get Americanized with Chrysler- and Dodge-based models, Motor Trend, March 1

Chrysler is sending over to Europe four of its cars for rebranding as Fiats and Lancias, Motor Trend said. Most of the models will go to Lancia, the magazine said. They’ll be led by the new Lancia Thema, a new Chrysler 300 wearing Lancia badges, the report said. The Chrysler 200 is now the Lancia Flavia, and the Town & Country is now the Voyager, the report said. The way the Fiat Group sees it, the Chrysler and Lancia brands need each other, and the product sharing will help both brands grow, Motor Trend said. Rounding out the group is the new Fiat Freemont, a rebadged Dodge Journey, the article said.
