I have kind of a stupid question to ask - I forgot to vent my fuel tank when I did my fuel injection conversion and the fuel pump freaked out quickly.

So now I just have a hose coming from the tank to outside air, above the fuel level in the tank. I couldn't find a proper breather/filter for it and it's bothering me. It's just a 1/4" hose that goes to outside air. The car runs fine now but what can I do to make this better?

I'm not familiar with vent canisters or how they work.

I know there's gotta be a better way to do this than just a hose going to outside air.

Thanks again for any help/advice

Maybe this (https://www.pro-touring.com/showthread.php?68791-Fuel-Tank-Vent) will help.

Thanks John! You wouldn't happen to have a pn for the K&N filter would you? Also, did you use a 3/8 line for the vent line? Or 5/16?

Demon,

The K&N part number 62-1320 works well. I use 3/8 line, but 5/16 will be fine too.
