It's done! (for now)

Well guys after all this time, I finished up the Camaro last Friday. I took it to a local "gathering" last Sat. evening. I want to thank my buddy TJ for all his help and Kyle& Stacey@ DSE for answering all my questions/phone calls even on the weekends! TJ brought his killer '69 out last Sat. also. I have decided since my car turned out really nice, I am going to build a twin-turbo small block for it. The guys at the shop behind my office that built my turbo Lexus, are going to fabricate the twin-turbo system. After looking at my car, they laughed and said it would be a breeze to build a set up for my car since there is so much room! I'm getting another '69 Camaro to do the mock up on so my car won't get scratched. I'm thinking about a 355ci/377ci or even a 302ci. I want something that will turn 7000+rpm..

Street King, your car is gorgeous! Right on with the details and the cleaness of the car. Perfect wheel/tire and stance. NICE!

On a side note, you guys put a red hockey stick stripe on the front quarters and you've got a pretty good glimpse of the next 1:18 GMP Street Fighter.

Street King, again, nice stuff. That car is the kind of car that inspires the rest of us to keep workin' away on our own projects!

Anyone putting any stripes on that car should be smacked! :) That car is PERFECT as it sits. I love it. I seriously can't see one single thing I would change on it. Absolutely gorgeous.

Thanks again for all the props guys. I still have a few thing to correct, like different hose clamps ect. What do you guys think about me putting a light tint on it? You think it might look too blk? I know sometimes tint doesn't look good on older cars..

I would actually do a pretty heavy tint on the car. If you absolutely don't like the look I suppose you could always take it out. I'm a big fan of dark tint however.

I'm not always a big fan of tint on muscle cars. Sometimes it looks good sometimes not. I think it would look good on yours. With the car being black, it would help keep you :cool: too!

Also, I rolled out to 1431 hoping to catch a glimpse of the car on Saturday, but no such luck. Will you be out there in it again any time soon? Would love to see it! Or by change are you keeping it at the shop?
