I am in the middle of seam sealing the trunk. I had a work light stuck up in the wheel well and noticed light coming through while I was in the trunk. The gap is between the quarter panel and the outer wheel house. The car does have aftermarket quarters. Anything I can do here? I thought about seam sealing it, but thought I would ask about other options.......

In the same boat here.....my body-guy buddy said to use some flexible expanding foam or seam sealer if it will be covered by interior. Fabricator guys would say using metal attached to the quarter lip and edge of the tub, like this
I'd like to hear what others would suggest

I just finished installing my pass. side 1/4 panel this past weekend. I'm trying to picture what your talking about. Do you hae a pic? If teh 1/4 is attached to the outer wheel house correctly, there should be no gap.

You're correct, there shouldn't be a gap. Mine has an 1/8" (or smaller) gap all the way around. I decided to put a thin layer of seam sealer there tonight. It actually turned out really well. The wheel wells (and the bottom) of my car are sprayed with raptor liner. Between the liner and the lip from the quarter, you have to get all the way in the wheel well to see it. I used a trimmed paint brush to go over it and give it a brushed texture. I'm happy with it.
