Need Opinions

I have 67' Camaro that i currently getting painted. I received a call from the shop telling me that my radiator needs to fixed. Anyway i need to get some "experts" opinions on what i should do.

1. Is just to get the radiator fixed. Cost is not known yet.

2. To just purchase a new GM radiator. Cost Approx $250

3. Upgrade the cooling system. Aluminum Radiator, new water pump. Ect...(cost is i do not know)

I am running a small block with about 400hp. I am on a tight budget so cost is a factor. If i did upgrade the system i would need some information on what all i should use. type of radiator, fans, water pump(electric on not)... I do not know a lot about cooling systems so i am learning as go. I also have plans of install a Big Block later.

An Afco aluminum radiator with 2 rows, 1" wide cores is a good starting point for a radiator. We use Zirgo fans. On my 383 stroker I have 2 -10"
Zirgo fans mounted diagonally.These fans pull 1500 cfm each.

Forgot to tell you the price,about $180.00- $200.00 for the radiator.
Have someone weld two pieces of angle on the radiator for mounting.
