Anybody know if there's anyone that modifies harnesses and tunes computers in Ontario Canada?

What are you looking to do specifically?

I need my ls2 harness modified for my 68 firebird and my ecm tuned with vats etc done. Pretty much standard ls swap modification. I'm not willing to hack it up or let somebody else hack it up either. So I'm looking for somebody who knows what they are doing and not somebody that's going to charge me for them sending it to someone else.

I'm not sure who can work on the LS stuff around here. Most seem to use Painless or other pre-made harnesses, and a lot of times that makes sense. It can take quite a bit of time to take a harness meant for a late model vehicle, modify it to fit an older vehicle, especially anything that would have been carburated originally. Have you looked into using a pre-made harness?
I've performed a few swaps using older GM ECMs, most are conversions, like my '73 Datsun, my Grandfather's '71 Chev pick-u,p a friend's '67 Chev pick up (with a 409 type engine), my boss' '62 Suburban, and a few others. I don't have the software to tune the newer GM PCMs, though I am looking into, it's just a fair amount of money to invest if you don't have the need personally. I have a few guys that want me to though.

I won't be going the painless route - everything has been painful so far so why change now! No, I'll have Howell or speartech modify it if I can't find someone here. There was a guy advertising on kijiji a while back and I'm asking Bob at Hilton who he uses.

Go with Howell and you won't regret it. Awesome product, they produce an amazing wiring harness and they provide excellent support. You will not be disappointed. I have used them for 3 conversions and have been nothing but impressed.

I found two places in the US that are $250 cheaper than the big names, have great track records and one has been certified by NASA so I'll have to shell out the stupid amount for shipping and brokerage on a harness that I already own but whatever. Now I need a 4l70e in Ontario.

I called him but he goes through Howell as well. I'm good. I'll be sending it south of the border.
