That reminds me of my 1996 Firebird Formula T56 donuts that I posted where I was doing donuts in 3rd gear until the tires flew into pieces. . :)
That video is still in my videos website too located in my sig. :)
In the "car videos(8)" section. I was only about half a mile from the police department.

I hope the guy that bought the car from me does not see that video.

the cop you see in the background pulled up while i was doing donuts and said "your killin me... your killin me... go to elmsford (next town over) and do that s@#t) and drove away.

I have to say thanks to Matt who sold me the car for a twenty, knowing I would do cruel things to his baby.

Vz, How do I get a hold of this Matt person... I have $40 and room in the driveway for a couple more rides. :rotfl: Talk about a score. Jeez. I thought the 1994 4.6 T-bird I just bought for $750.00 was a steal. You suck! (j/k) !

Boyd , the car was in pretty bad shape, it had sat for a year or so on flat tires and My buddy had to get it off the premises. I had almost a grand into it including the flatbed charge to move it a few times. My friend john is a gm mechanic and he helped get the car going so I could thrash it.It was still tired, if you watch the video you can see the car is down on power. When my 69 is dialed in I will have some more video.

The guys who trailer their 69 camaros to shows will want to cover their eyes.

If the cop car was a Diplomat it would be a total late eighties time warp. There is a harmless disregard for the vehicle and traffic saftey code here that just speaks to my soul. When I met Dirk in 1985 we were both about 20 and until then I thought I was the only nut out there that took sh*t to levels that everyone else kinda stepped back from and nervously watched... bless his heart- he's still doing it.

Thanks for the kind words , I remember that moonlit night when I saw your dodge dart protruding from a snow bank...

you dont stop having fun because you grow old, you grow old because you stop having fun.

Ladies & Gents - I have know Dirk also for 20+ years and what you see here is some of his tamer material. 24 hours a day his mind is developing ideas that answer the question...."Woudln't that be cool if we .....? "Now that he knows how to write/star/stuntdrive/edit/produce short movies this is just the beginning.

Dirk is a mixture of Steve McQueen/Mark Donohue/Kowalski/Elwood Blues/T.J. Hooker/Lenny Bruce/The Jackass Crew/Bill Murray/Bandit Darville/Hooper/Evil Knievel & many others who march to a different beat...

His 69 Camaro is looking real tough now. As soon as he gets the details dealt with I am sure we will all be seeing it in action in many upcoming videos.......stay tuned!
