I am looking for suggestions on a tube bender. I an looking to be bend small Aluminun or Chromoly tubes and need advice. Ranging from 2" to .5" OD thin walled. I only need to bend the tubes 10~45 degrees.
I will not be doing this in Mass quantities. But, I would like a good quality tool/kit that is reasonable in cost and does a good job while minimizing scrap.
Thanks in advance!

^ that looks like a nice, stout unit, we had one that looked similar to that when I was in high school, it worked really well.

I have a Jd2 Model 3, very similar to the Tubetek. Not sure what you mean by "thin" wall but they usually have a minimum wall thickness/radius bend. For example, they won't bend exhaust
type tubing very well I don't think.

I use JD2 benders also. I frequently use the model 3 and model 4 bender. Very nice tools and a good price. Customer service has always be very helpful too.

I use a hossfeld number 2 with hydraulic. Does a great job. Look for a good used one if you want a low price. I have two units and have 2500 invested. Price new for all the dies and everything I have is over 20,000.
