I don't know if a trailer is a car or a part but here goes...

I am looking for a used 24 - 28 foot enclosed trailer on the West Coast - ideally in California or easy driving distance thereof. I would prefer it to be on the newer side and would prefer a true car trailer (ie finished interior) vs a car/cargo. I have cash in hand for the right trailer - please let me know if you have or know of something.

Thanks

James

Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but here's one that's for sale on lateral-g. I'm sure you've seen it already, but on the chance you haven't: http://www.lateral-g.net/forums/showthread.php4?t=30512

Yeah I saw that one but the 1880 mile one way trip just doesn't work. I have a line on what could be a great trailer (just waiting for details) that's in SoCal so fingers crossed. Thanks!

Thanks Guy. I just hate craigslist some times... there were a couple of good looking prospects that wound up being scams and that's just really annoying. There were a couple on the link you provided that are pretty obviously legit though. Thanks

ck your local zoning laws before u buy one. My town does not let u keep them on your property. Mine is in a lot at $1200 a year. They call it a storage container and it has to be on commercial property. If I bought an open car trailer it would be ok, enclosed no good. Look at the V-nosed trailers. It makes it a lot easier to tie down the front of the car. Mine is a 20ft V-nose, and I can tied down a 61 caddy (19+ long) w/ no problem. Good luck
