Looking at 10 micron fuel filter choices and I have it narrowed down to Aeromotive 12301 or the Summit 230116C. The Aeromotive will run about $105 with the fittings and the Summit will be $55. Is there any merit to the additional cost of the Aeromotive unit?

what about OEM? search my name, I asked the similar question a while back. Recommendation was an OEM filter, works great.

I am guessing that the Summit one is the Chinese copy of the Aeromotive. Seems to be the same otherwise. Use a 60 or 100 micron before the pump and the 10 micron after the pump.

It is an in-tank pump and I believe that Ricks uses a 100 micron sock.
