Hello Everyone,

My name is Eric. I'm a newbie, first time here.

My car is a 1966 El Camino set up as a drag racer with a 665 HP EFI GenVI BBC.

That car was ruined by another driver who T-boned it :( a couple of months ago.

However, all the good stuff survived, and I'm now building a 1964 GTO as a replacement, using the entire chassis from the Elco. This means the seam-welded and boxed frame, Dana 60, TKO-600, all the SFI-spec driveline stuff, and Global West / QA-1 Wilwood 4WDB, etc etc etc.

I'm hoping to attend RTC 2 as at least a spectator, since the GTO will not be finished in time.

I've been an SCCA sports car racer and builder for decades, and at one time was the senior engine builder for Louis Unser, doing all types of competition engine work.

Here's my street motor going into the GTO, 665 HP

I hope to make plenty of friends here !
