Baseball Cards Anyone??!!

Anyone here collect them? I haven't in the last 15-20 years and have thousands of them sitting in the closet. Mostly all Topps brand, maybe 1987-1992. I'd like to get rid of them, but have no idea about how to go about doing it. I'd like to get rid of them all in one shot, because I cant imagine going through them all and picking out the ones worth something.
Has anyone sold theirs? Any suggestions on how I can go about this?

I used to collect them myself. Have a couple hundred thousand from the 80s into the mid 90s. Knowing what you have and how many were produced back then, my advice would be to burn them and use the heat from the fire to warm your house. It'll cost you a lot less than trying to sell the worthless pieces of crap. I'm not saying that to be an ass, it's just that they aren't worth squat now. my 2 1985 Mark McGwire Olympic rookie cards that used to be worth $300 each are worth about $10 now. A $500 limited card I have is now worth $1. Burn them, give them away, or trash them; that's about your best options.

i have a pile. mostly from 1975-1986 or so, plus older ones of players from that era. rookie cards, etc. i missed the time to sell too. I have those McGwire cards you mention. I still have a pile. Winfield rookie autographed too.

lol...I have a bunch too... I guess there was a time when they meant something, but I guess people don't care to collect them anymore?

I would say to just hold on to them and hope for the best. I have some older cards like Hank Aaron and many more and as everyone else has said the bottom has dropped out of them. They may go up again one day, but I don't see it being anytime soon. I would say to just hold on to them.
