I'm considering one right now as well. I've seen nothing but good feedback on them. He's telling me an increase of 25-35hp and better drivability. It's all I can do to keep the plastic in my wallet. You won't find much carb info around here. Camaros.net and Chevelles.com are the sources for old school talk.

I have a Pro Systems on my 355 SBC. The throttle response is still very strong down low to 2500rpm even though it's a ~780cfm carb. No noticeable hiccups in the powerband all the way up to the rev limit.
I'm not a carb guru by any means so I am happy with how its performing right out of the box. I just adjusted the float heights and that was it. With the tune, I think they error slightly on the side of caution because it seems to run just a bit rich when I'm putting around town.
Unless you're starting in REAL cold temperatures, chokeless doesn't seem to be that big of a deal. I can fire it in 40deg weather with 2 pumps then crank it with just the slightest amount of throttle, and hold for the first 30 seconds or so. Then it will run on its own.
The only complaint I have is that I was driving on track and all of a sudden had a huge vacuum leak, the car started to run like cr@p. Turns out the carb baseplate screws had all come loose, bringing air between the plate and the body. So make sure you torque them down and probably loctite. They could have dropped in and killed my motor.

Damn, that would be a bad deal. When I was around 18 a friend had one of his buddy's working on his carb and he forgot to tighten a choke plate screw. You know the rest of the story. Never hurts to double check others work.

I just got my second Pro Systems carb for my 69 Camaro last week. Patrick is the man. I would highly recomend the purchase of one.
