43870Hi! A friend would like to change ride hight easily.
Coilovers allready mounted in the front,
but before considering to go with "True coilovers" in the rear,.....

Anyone heard of adjustable mounts for stock rear coil spring for Chevelle -66?

Thanks.Mikehttps://static1.pt-content.com/images/pt/2011/01/confused-1.gif

Though I don't believe any of these will work with the stock pigtail springs, you'd probably have to switch to 5" racing springs.

If the springs are only pigtailed at the bottom, the spring adjusters could easily be used at the top.

One thing though, the adjusters are designed for ride height to be set, and kept at that height, they are designed to be highly adjustable shims basically. If he wanted a lot more adjustability and easy of adjustment, he could go to weight jacks. Would require modifying the frame, but would allow him to adjust ride height with a wrench from the trunk.

Thanks for the info guys!

IŽll ask If he is willing to modify the frame/brackets.
If so,...I think coilovers would be the best way to go.
