I thought I would share one of my current builds with you guys. It belongs to one of my customers and he is very excited. This is the pro touring / muscle car he has ever owned.

I'm interested how you determined the optimal pedal position in relation to the stock brake and clutch pedals. I would love any input you have. Love the glove compartment and speaker enclosures. Are the open holes in the rear speaker plates for ports from an eventual subwoofer box????? hmmm

A little sound deadning mat inside those enclosures and poly fill (pillow stuffing) would help with any resonance and standing waves. Should sound great. Focals are top shelf!!

I spoke to a Focal rep and he had advise me to leave the speaker buckets open so they have plenty of air. The fronts a vented out the bottom which the Focal rep told me was fine. Yeah, when I get to final assembly they will some sound deadener for sure.

Thanks ! The car was media blasted / sand blasted and then sand with 80 grit.

On the radiator tubes. I used a piece of one size larger tube, made it fit to the smaller tube and tiged it. Not sure about what your looking at on the the exhaust though. Are looking at the flange? If so thats part of the v-band.

I will be doing the inside of the trunk with Black and Aqua spatter paint. Beside the amps, sub box and battery the trunk will have a factory look. I may have a mat made to to fit the bottom, but I'm not sure about that.

Thanks! I tiged them with silicon bronze. That's PPG DP90LF with DCU2060 Flex'd & Flat clear ajusted to 5% gloss.

Jay, another question about the lines. Do you know if they are annealed and where are you sourcing them from?

Here some picture's the MAST Motorsports Black Label LS3 being installed which was later replaced with a MAST 675 hp LS7. We had a ring gap problem which MAST warranted so we deiced to upgrade at the same time.

We had some problems with the MAST LS3 which MAST took care of with no problem what so ever. It was kind of a pain having to take the car back apart though. Here's the car all finished up. We took it out to the Goodguys Show in Columbus 2 year ago. We made a couple laps on the Auto Cross with only 400 shake down miles and did really well. Robbert McGaffen shot the car while we were in Columbus for Camaro Performer which ended up making the cover of the May 2014 issue.

It's a modified Stainless Work system. We added the V-band clamps, mufflers and made the tail pipes out parts that came with their kit. The only thing we didn't modify was the X-pipe.

Jay, once again, beautiful build and incredible attention to detail. Question, by chance do you recall what brand the window fuzzies were that you used? I have tried two different manufacturers and they both fit like crap and the quarter window outters are too short.

Thanks! I'm pretty sure they're made by PUI. They have the wing tips on the quarter glass ones. The rear ones always seem to be to long. I can never seem to push them back far enough to get them to fit right so I end up trimming the ends furthest to the rear of the car, the end with the wing tip. I also drill my own holes for the screws as the ones in the body never line up. That away seems to help in my case. Hope that helps

No Tony, they are Al Knox aftermarket panels. The were warped really bad. He also had to shorten them a little before he covered them in leather. I bought a set of OER one's for my car they look about the same expect they're not warped. I guess we'll find out soon enough if the fit any better.
