Satin GunMetal help

I'm looking at doing my 67 Mustang Satin GunMetal and I love the Satin GunMetal on this V12 AC Cobra, can some one help me out? what color is it? how do I get it?

I cant. But are you sure its a gun metal color? You prolly are, have some info on the car? But I have a feeling its more towards silver than the pictures show. Its prolly not as dark as the pics show. Why do I say that? Look at the surrounding people and "stuff". They are all very dark and the car is still fairly light. Ill bet it looks more silver in the sun. JR

No im not sure its gunmetal, the only info I can find has it as Satin GunMetal but it looks like a satin silver......

I was looking at flat Silver Sled Metallic from tcp but I wouls like to see a pic of it on a car

looks like some sort of pewter color,I'd find the closest match looking at color swatches,or mix fine silver with yellow oxide and covered by satin clear,any paint store should be able to help

Dont know about the color, but that car is pretty damn mean lookin!

it actually looks like a mustang color... try that 99-04+ (i believe) Mineral Grey... with a satin clear top coat.

Try looking at the Artic Silver that BMW uses, might get you in the ballpark.

Send the article writer an email through the magazine. Chances are he has tons of info he didnt use in the mag.

I also would like to know the color. It does look like pewter to me. I think it is an awesome color.
