painted dash, interior.....

Help? I could have posted this in a few different areas, hope nobody minds it being here.

I have a street rod and custom car background. This project is the first 60's or 70's era car I have ever built. Street rodders tend to paint the metal dashes body color. On most "muscle cars" they tend to be black. I don't know if I really want the dash black or grey.

Has anyone here painted their dash body color? Can you post up pictures?

I've been contemplating the exact same thing. My whole interior will be black, but had been considering painting the dash body color (white) instead. Can't make up my mind!
