Has anyone used the hotchkis premium steering rebuild kits. It comes with inner and outer tie rods, center link and Idler arm. I am debating on buying this or using parts from Napa.

I used this kit on my '70 Camaro. Very high quality stuff, would buy it again without question. Saves you all the headaches of purchasing individual components.

I was going to buy the hotchkis kit but I was told that they are bascially just Moog parts. Moog parts used to be made in the USA and were great but they are now made overseas and arent as good as they used to be. I was recomended to look into the Napa Premium line as they are still made in the USA. That is what I have on my car now. I did use the Hotchkis tie rod adjusters and am sorry I used them. The threads in those adjusters took alot of time to clean out and make usable. I highly recommend the Napa parts. You can see them in my build Thread..."Project Sicmonte".

To my knowledge, the Hotchkis parts are not Moog. I would call Mark @ Hotchkis when they reopen on Monday for more info.
