My tank from Ricks just got here, Hector was great to deal with and worked with me and the shop building my car to ensure everything fit perfectly.
Thanks again Hector! The tank looks amazing!

I worked with Hector on a vaporworx tank for my Camaro. Got it two days ago and it is beautiful! Hector has to be one of the nicest guys I've dealt with on this project. Awesome guy, awesome company and awsome tanks!

How long did it take you guys to get your completed order? Hector is great to work with, but I'm having some issues getting my order completed. I got the tank relatively quickly, but it had the wrong filler tube and was missing the sending unit. I keep getting told that "sorry, I forgot - I'll get it right out" for more than a month now. Most recently, I was promised that the items would be here yesterday via 2 day shipping. Once again - nothing arrived. I'll be calling Hector again on Monday. I think this is about the 8th time.

My tank was deliverd quickly - right on time. Problem is I can't install it because after weeks, I'm still waiting for a handful of parts. Doesn't seem too difficult - just poor organization IMHO.

I can't really put it together--waiting on the Fuel module from Scoggins Dickey. It did take a while for the tank to be built, but no biggie--I told Hector to take his time as I am still waiting on engine parts so there was no need to rush. I just called him once a week and he was always extremely nice and kept me updated.
Just remember that with any new product rollout there are going to be kinks and delays. Part of the expectation of being an early adopter! Here are some of the early christmas pictures.

I'll probably be putting it all together and installing it in January when the engine is intalled.
...and to answer the question going through a few of your minds, Yes my wife is okay with the dining room table being used for parts storage, just so long as they are moved out by Christmas!

Parts storage? Those are 'centerpieces' in my house...

Yeah, I know. I'm very used to that. Problem here is that I don't have a "new product" (mechanical fuel pump, so no vaporworx tank - just baffled stainless) and the only things I've been waiting on (for many weeks) is a standard filler tube and a standard sending unit w/plate. The tank was mistakenly shipped with the wrong filler tube and with no sending unit or mount - though the shipping doc said it was. This is not a product availability issue. Just a follow through issue. I'll be calling to try and talk to Hector today. It is getting ridiculous now and I'm starting to run into time issues. I'm getting far less happy.

OK, all is well. The package showed up today. Talked to Hector. Actually, I called earlier and didn't get an answer and just called back. In the interim the box showed up at the front door. He really is a nice guy and very helpful - I just wish it hadn't taken weeks for some pretty much off the shelf stuff to show up. At least now I can get started once I get some other things done that I started on in the meantime.
