Anyone know of someone who makes black anodized looking pulleys for a small block chevy?

Just buy a set you like and have them anodized yourself. You should have an anodizer (plater) pretty close to you.

Champ Pans does. But you'll need their catalog to actually see the associated pullys and what not..... as there is nothing on their web site picture wise.
