It looks like the crossmember bolts to the subframe at the body mounts. Not sure how Blake installed his as he's not running any body mounts at all. If you check out his build thread post #18 he talks about the mods. He also put a new trans tunnel in and had to raise it 5" on the rear of the tunnel. Here's the thread: https://www.pro-touring.com/showthread.php?72395-Speedtech-s-new-Nova As for running subframe connectors, one of Blake's posts that I read said that currently he's not running connectors at all but there would not be any issues putting them in as there was lots of room. John...I would think you'd be fine running the 1/2 height mounts and DSE connectors. If you go to the Speed Tech Performance website, there's a picture of the torque arm connected to the subframe.

i talked to john today and i can see no reason the front mount will not work in his allpication.
one correction to scherp69 i DO have weld in subframe connectors in the Nova. they are custom, 2x3 tubing run on the flat from the reat frame rail/floor intersection up to the front seat x member and they are sunk up oint the floor and fully welded.
also because the front X member mounts up tight to the floor above the body mount it would make no differance as to the height of the body mount as stated i have no body mounts in the nova

This is the best pic i could find of the modifications i did to the tunnel i raised it about 4" at the back. but keep in mind i eliminated the body mounts also to get the really low ride height.
