Awwwww SRV!!!....just flat out awesome...love his music.....I remember one time we were so............never mind!
Once saw Johnny Winter, George Tgood and SRV on one bill.....great night!....started pouring rain and Stevie Ray played Texas Flood right through it.
RIP Stevie Ray

SRV and his Number One...if ever there were two objects on earth that were made for each other, it was Stevie Ray and that Strat. He had skills for days, but never played for himself, he played for the song.
On a side note, I watched a Black Crowes special on Direct TV and it was great. Try and check it out if you are a Direct TV subscriber.

In Session...great CD...sad to think they're both gone.
SRV was one of the absolute greatest to ever play but Johnny Winter was there before him laying the foundation...

I was at Alpine Valley the night before the crash. Triple bill with SRV, Clapton and Robert Cray. Drank too much to kill the pain from having a nail come through my shoe the morning of the show.

Everyone shoud see Buddy Guy live. He is awesome and one of the last great ties to the past. BG was a giant influence on many players.
