I am looking to purchase either cal-tracs or slide-o-links for my 67 camaro. the car is a street driven car, will see a little track time. Any recommendations on which is better. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

cal tracks are usually first on race day at the strip.

Are these better that slide-o-links as far as street use? I have read a few articles on each and each one says theirs are the best for street use. I have heard good things about cal-tracs but never really heard anything on slide-o-links.

I would suggest researching which one has better traction under stopping, and i wouldnt preload the caltracks for street driving.

Caltracs was my first choice but I was able to get the SALs at a better deal. Both use the same principle with a sightly different design. If your car sits low I would pick the one that has the best ground clearance. That tends to be a problem on the street.
