Well, actually got selected for 4 cars this year, but a couple of those are old stand buys. Getting into PRI is a bit special as there are probably less then 100 cars in the entire show and only 25 special feature vehicles, and we got selected for 4 of those special feature spots this year. Two of the cars were awarded their own booths, the other two are in the Cafe Collection with everything from Jet Dragsters, to vintage FX Funny cars.

The first debut car is Mark Deutsch awesome 69VN10. Mark's car came to us just before summer after being traped in body shop prison for quite a while. Long story short the previous shop was doing gorgeous work but the bills and schedule were out of control with no end in site. Mark thought someone more familiar with Pro Touring Camaro builds and someone that could properly forcast cost may be better suited to see this one through. I think we have made his dream come true!

The car is simply STUNNING with awesome attention to detail in the Mark Deutsch / Ben Hermance design. The details are many, more then I have time for right now, but the basics are 550HP LS3, 4L65E, Full Chris Alston treatment front to back, Prodigy Total Car G Machine 14" Wilwood's all around, Everything Fesler offers including the first set of Fesler's new door and side panels. Our boy Jeff NAILED the interior, I cannot stress how gaga everyone has been over the interior. There is so much to say about this car, I will let Mark chime in with more details, but long story short, this is a show killer that will be out on the circuit in 2011 starting with the cruel Ecklers Winter Nationals 1000 point judging in February. We ain't scared a bit!

And no worries boys, once mark gets his 990 points..........He is going to drive the wheels off it!

Congratulations and Thank You Mark!

The Second debut car is my own Just bring It Street Racer. Well, it is not exactly new, some of you have seen this car around for years. It has done many RTTHs event including the Pro Touring cruise! But it is all new now with a ton of modifications and updates. JBI has been a totally streetable low 9 second car since 1996 when we first built it for Michaels 15 and 16 year old brothers to race. Michael raced this car on his 15th birthday, went 10.90 on the motor, hell of a 15th birthday! While a totally streetable ride, I wanted it a bit more civilized, so we installed a bangin sound system, we added one of our custom Prodigy / Vintage Air Gen IV kits, Built a custom March Style Trac to work with the Evac pup and electric water pump, built one of our core supports with dual 16" fans including transmission and oil coolers that would cool the Space Shuttle exhaust! We added Speedtech control arms and did the redrill Gulstrand mod. All 4 corners were treated to Wilwood 12.2" (6) piston front / (4) piston rear.

We blacked out all the trim with black anodize and lightweight aluminum bumpers in Matte black. What really sets it off is the Debut of Prodigy / Forgeline new Drag Series wheels! 18 X 12 rears combines with 17 X 4 front are wrapped with 345 / 35 / 18 and 17 X 450 front M and H Racemaster Drag Radials. The response to the wheels has been..........incredible!

JBI has run consistent low 9s for years, but with the added weight of the new creature comforts, and with aspirations of going high 8s, a new NOS system from NX was added. So instead of one 300 shot, JBI now has 2 shots of NOS, tuned at 300HP and 200HP respectively!

So it is not Pro Touring, but a pretty cool car non the less. Drag week, here we come!

Thanks Ben! You deserve some of the credit. You created the exterior and interior renderings based on my goals and your creative talent. Looking back, I am glad I had the renderings done. It made the build process go smoother, because it gave everyone a blueprint to follow. I will let Amy (wife) know that you like the end result, since she came up with some of the design ideas or a least she thinks she did!

First off, I want to thank Frank and his small team of experts who worked on my car over the past several months. John Parsons installed the ISIS wiring and exhaust. William installed the stereo system, created speaker covers, boxed out the trunk and created the center console to incorporate the horseshoe shifter and double din stereo. Jeff covered everything in leather to match Ben’s rendering. Frank and team installed the plumbing and other small miscellaneous items to get the car in full working order.

Frank is correct, my car was at a local shop for 21 months and everything spun out of control, especially since I was deployed for 13 of those months. Once I got back in country, I decided to pull the car and send it to Frank who has experience in Pro Touring Camaros and one of this magnitude.

The car has about every piece of billet that Felser and Marguez make. The LS3 and transmission package came from Turnkey Engine supply. It also has a Prodigy Cool package, Ricks Hot Rod Shop stainless steel tank, Chassisworks front sub-frame, frame connectors, g-bar and FAB 9 rear, tons of Goodmark sheet metal, DSE instrument panel with Autometer gauges, Vintage air, power windows and door locks, DSE RS headlight door kit, DSE late model style windshield wiper motor with delay, DSE battery relocation kit and DSE mini tubs.

It has been an awesome experience working with Frank and team throughout this process. I consider myself very lucking to have such professionals working on my dream car.

Just to clarify…I did not want a trailer queen! Frank and I decided that we should get a few shows under our belts before I go out and thrash it.

Hey that's awesome! Very nice car Mark love the wheels, stance and interior is great. The Bullrun car is one of my favorites. I love 68 and 69 Chevelles and 66's and 67's ok all them. I didn't realize BNB was going to the show Frank, thanks for the surprise and you guys got it looking good. It was in need of a good once over after all the rubber I threw on it at the strip in RTTH.
