Just so I make sure I am understanding this, on a 67 Camaro the easiest way to accomplish this is to use the factory part(cable) that hooks to the footbrake and mod up something that would hook to the 2 Lokar e-brake cables? I've read the history and for some reason the pictures are coming up "not found". Working from memory here which is dangerous.
Cables routed on one side
Both hooked to something that hooks to the original type cable that works with the footbrake.
Is that right? Anybody dig up a pic that might work. Thanks!

The 5/16" threaded stud at the end of the primary parking brake cable that attaches to the foot actuator lever should go through the brass Y-block that anchors the upstream end of the Lokar cables. The threads on the stud and those in the block don't match as one is 5/16 fine and the other coarse (of course), so common practice is to drill out the Lokar block and nut the stud on either side to adjust slack.

Tobin, thanks got it. As usual a great asset to the forum :)
Then all I need to do is make sure I've supported the Lokar cables going back so when I apply the footbrake I'm not straightening out the cables yeah? Any suggestions on clamps? I suppose the standard stainless fuel line type would work. I don't think there are provisions past the subframe for cables as the stock car had the center deal.

Most people just use P-clamps, although you can use fancier clamps if you like, but it's not necessary.
