So, its been out a while now and I am curious about it. I am pondering one for my 65 Fastback. It fits the budget for my street car, but is it a good piece or should I build up a leaf spring system? I dont have a big budget for some of the other competing products, hence my curiosity about the Heidts...

Thanks

I installed the Heidt's 4 link in a 65 Fastback 2.5 years ago and it is a great kit for the money the fit was great and its an overall great kit for the money. I am a dealer for Heidts and can save you some money. Give me a call if your interested.

I like the TCI setup better than heidts. I cant remember all of my reasons at the moment.

The TCI unit is a torque-arm and must use a 9" housing. It is best for track or autocross and is good for the street too. The Heidts 4-link works great for street and drag and also handles good too. It works with a 8" or 9" housing.

Another consideration might be our AirBar triangulated 4 link. It is now available as a stand alone unit and can be used with our Shockwaves or our coilovers.

It is a bolt in unit that requires no cutting or fabrication. The only welding required is the 4 tabs that mount the upper bars to teh rearend housing.
