getting a new tank for the monte. i know that the car will spend most of it's time sitting and don't want it to rust. so before it goes in i want to seal it. is there a good internal and/or external sealer that's compatible with modern fuel mixtures? FWIW i got a GN tank with baffles.

I wouldn't put a sealer in it. I sealed my aluminum tank I built myself, followed all of the instructions, asked the Por-15 rep before doing it, and the sealer pealed off and ruined my pump and tank. I had to build a new one.
Everyone I've talked to has had the same problems with gas tank sealers, not just Por-15. Maybe it has to do with the ethenol in the fuels, not sure.
