Posting this just in case someone has a similar problem.
My Firebird has been running just a little rough for a couple of weeks and yesterday it started to run very rough, bogging and backfiring. I checked for codes and it was setting the codes for low O2 sensor voltage on both sides. I checked the fuel pressure and it was only 25 psi so I thought maybe the Corvette fuel pressure regulator was bad and I replaced it. Still low pressure. Today I dropped the tank and removed the pump to find that the rubber hose connecting the pump to the outlet was split. The outer jacket was split wide open but I could not find a hole in the inner hose. I replace it and reinstalled the tank. The car runs great now and no codes. There must have been a small hole in the inner hose.
