GTO rubber bumper?

Hey does anyone have any experience painting one of the rubber noses on a GTO? The paint on the car is only 5 years old and just the nose is cracked to pieces, My guess is they didn't use a flex additive in the paint, but where the bigger pieces are coming off it looks as there is a little layer of the rubber nose on them......

So i am just wondering if anyone has experience with this and what the best way to fix it is?

is there way you can post a picture of the bumper and the damage?

If there is actually material from the bumper itself missing, your going to need more than just a sand and repaint with a flex agent.

I have a 68 that is deep into its restoration.

is sanding pretty much the only safe way to strip the endura of old paint ?!
